Description

You've likely seen dozens of trial advocacy instructors. Many were probably very good — some great. You haven't seen anybody like Mike Cash.

Cash's timing and gift for delivery — developed in his prior life as a stand-up comic and honed in the courtroom — are evident and important aspects of his presentations at trial and integral to his skill as a seminar leader. He presents tips and tactics illustrated with tales from actual trials where they were successfully employed. This is fast-paced, rich with demonstration.

Six hours plus course manual.

He is a fellow of the Texas and Houston Bar Foundations. "I am in the middle of watching the DVD of Trials: Tips, Tactics and Practical Tales that P.E.G. provided. Cash is an accomplished speaker. Paul Fogelberg’s description of Cash as 'one of the best pure speakers we've ever had. . . ' is accurate based upon what I watched.

Cash must not be a native Texan. Not only does he not have a deep accent, he does not wear cowboy boots, belt buckle or hat. He has a nice, understated speaking style. No bluster and not much ego. His messages and content are sound and well stated. My 18-year-old son is watching with me, and Stuart joins in my whole-hearted recommendation that we invite Cash. Cash has tried personal injury and commercial cases for both the plaintiff and the defense and uses examples from both sides of injury/death and commercial cases."
